High quality - low energy consumption
The Ultra Clear™ RO series produces pure water with low energy consumption and a high salt retention rate. Thanks to the integrated, automatic membrane rinsing programs, these systems can be operated with untreated municipal water in most cases and achieve a yield of up to 75 percent.
The Ultra Clear™ RO DI system also has a DI post-treatment module for residual desalination after reverse osmosis, delivering a typical conductivity of < 0.1 µS/cm, which exceeds most laboratory requirements.
Compared to the first two systems, the Ultra Clear™ RO EDI is equipped with an Ionpure® electro-deionization cell (CEDI), which further reduces ongoing operating costs as this cell requires no regeneration chemicals and uses less rinse water compared to similarly competing systems. This highly efficient system achieves a typical conductivity of < 0.07 µS/cm and TOC values < 30 ppb.
All systems have a display that shows the input and product water quality, conductivity, fault messages, tank fill level, working pressure and maintenance intervals, among other things.
