Spoetzl Brewery’s white brick Alamo-style plant in Shiner, Texas, USA, produces many year-round and seasonal brews—including Spoetzl’s flagship beer, Shiner Bock. Spoetzl was also interested in generating green energy from biogas naturally produced from the anaerobic treatment process.
