Role at Xylem

Meredith leads Xylem’s global Applied Water (AW) segment, which provides advanced water management solutions for customers in the industrial and commercial buildings markets. Solutions include market-leading technologies such as Goulds Water Technology, Bell & Gossett, and Lowara, which deliver efficient movement of water. The Applied Water team also provides customers with low-flow pumps, valves and membrane filters used in everything from beverage processing and dispensing to leisure boats.

Background

Meredith joined Xylem in October 2024, having previously served as Vice President & General Manager of Global Enterprise Solutions at Carrier Global Corporation, a leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions. She has more than 20 years of experience and world-class expertise in smart solutions for buildings in both industrial and commercial settings, including:

• VP & GM for Carrier’s Americas Commercial HVAC business, and Managing Director of its Global Residential, Light Commercial, and VRF HVAC business
• Positions in engineering, sales, and product management at Mitsubishi Electric Cooling & Heating, and at Mitsubishi Telecommunications
