Full-Fit Membranes

"Full fit" or sanitary style RO membranes feature cage or net outer wrapping and do not utilize a brine seal. These features allow for some of the feed water to bypass the membrane and travel directly to the waste stream. This constant flow of water around the membrane eliminates dead spots and minimizes subsequent bacterial growth. Sanitary RO membranes are often used in pharmaceutical, food and beverage applications and are available in both 4" and 8" diameters.
