Tackling Spotty Radio Connections

Having trouble with spotty radio connection between your laptop and M9 2.4GHz radio? First things first, make sure you have a clear line of sight between the two. You can also boost the radio transmit power using the RiverSurveyor Live software System Settings section on the SmartPage, or using Utilities. Using High-Power will drain your batteries faster, but might be what you need to maintain a solid radio connection. Don’t forget: if issues occur, backup data are also stored on the M9 itself, even when radio communications are lost.
