Why Invest in Cybersecurity?

Cybersecurity is the protection of a computer system and networks from disruption, manipulation, theft, or damage of the services they provide. The Incident Response Retainer brings the water and cybersecurity expertise of Xylem and Dragos together to help customers prepare for or remediate adverse cybersecurity events.

The Offering

Incident Response Retainer (IRR) is an annual subscription to Dragos’s incident response service. In the event of a security incident, customers can call their dedicated Dragos account representative and receive urgent assistance in response to the incident. System assessment and hardening will help prevent incidents, and IRR acts as another layer of protection for the case when a cyber incident occurs. It is a proactive approach to preparing for the worst.
