Configure MultiSmart

Use the MultiSmart HMI to configure the MultiSmart device. Contact Xylem support to get the applicable data points.

CCD gateway connection:

1. Go to Settings > Communication > Protocol Settings > Modbus Slave.
2. Set the communication parameters.

   Cloud gateway connection:
   
   MultiSmart must be onboarded before installation to Secure connect. Contact Xylem support if the MutliSmart is not onboarded.
   Multi-smart device can share IP address. Assign each device a unique outstation address or TCP port.
