Duncan Wildgoose is a Business Development Manager in Xylem’s Water Infrastructure segment at Xylem, a leading global water technology company committed to solving the world’s most critical water challenges through innovation and collaboration. In his role, Duncan supports the UK water industry by connecting regional sales teams, strategic bid teams and technical specialists to deliver advanced treatment solutions across the Water Infrastructure portfolio. 

A Chartered Water & Environmental Engineer, Duncan brings more than 25 years of experience in developing and delivering technologies for municipal and industrial water clients in the UK and internationally. His long-standing involvement with British Water—including service as a Board member—has seen him contribute to multiple industry working groups, such as those focused on innovation and micropollutants. 

Duncan is a strong advocate for technology advancement, process innovation and digital adoption as essential drivers for resilient, future-ready utilities. He is committed to helping customers identify solutions and operational approaches that deliver long-term, measurable benefits.
