Xylem Vue Secure Connect Station FAQs

1. Go to Stations.
2. Select a station.
3. Go to Station model.
4. Click the  button.
5. Select a data point in the list.
   It is not possible to select a data point that is visible by default.
   The selected data point shows in a card on top of the illustrated station model.

3. Go to Station model.
   Click Configuration.
   The configuration panel opens.
4. Configure the illustrated station model:
   • To change the position of a pump, drag the pump icon.
   • To show or hide a component, click the component switch.

The illustrated station model is updated.

1. Go to Stations.
2. Select a station.
3. Go to the Station model.
4. Click the Configuration.
5. Configuration panel opens.
6. Scroll down to the section Other, click to add, or remove The Duck.

The station model is designed to work with pump status and water level. If you have other data but you lack these two data points, no model is shown.

1. Go to Stations.
2. Select a station.
3. Go to Station model > Image.
4. Click Upload Image. A dialouge box opens, select the image to upload.
   The user can edit the image name and add the data points by clicking the edit option.
5. Click Save.
