Improve control, responsiveness, and efficiency of facilities and processes by providing real-time network status information and analyzing historical network and asset data. Increase resource management effectiveness and efficiency to provide customers with the highest level of service at the lowest possible cost.
Project Details
The Xylem Vue powered by GoAigua platform and the Unified Network Management application for wastewater were deployed. Custom alarms were configured to help operators monitor system efficiency and dashboards and reports were developed to assist with pump performance analysis.
Outcomes
Maintenance costs were reduced by 20% and overall network efficiency was improved by centralizing management through a single platform. This allowed for remote operation of facilities—wastewater stations, wastewater and rainwater pumping stations, level meters, etc.—, energy consumption control, alarms to improve event detection, notification and response, and automated operating reports.
