Brandon O’Daniel

Brandon O’Daniel

Brandon O’Daniel is the Software Manager of the Data Lake and Data Science teams for Xylem. With more than two decades of Enterprise IT experience, Brandon specializes in large scale data aggregation, serverless cloud computing and divining insights through machine learning and business intelligence. 

Currently, he is leading a team to scale up a serverless cloud-based data lake spanning hundreds of terabytes and expand the reach of AI/ML use cases within Xylem.

Brandon holds a B.S. in Applied/Computer Science from UNC-Chapel Hill, and an M.B.A from NC State University. When Brandon is not getting his hands dirty with data, he loves hanging out with his wife, three kids, dog, 2 cats and 6 chickens at home tucked in the woods near the Haw River in central NC. 

Jens Scheideler

Jens Scheideler

Jens Scheideler is the manager for the commercialization of new disruptive filtration technologies as a member of Xylem's global strategy team (Water Infrastructure division).

Until 2019, Jens was the global manager for Xylem’s Reuse and Advanced Oxidation Process business and has over 17 years of experience with the application of ozone and UV based AOPs for drinking and wastewater applications. In this role, Jens was responsible for the design and development of Xylems AOP solutions and several global references like South Koreas first UV AOP system for the removal of 2-Methylisoborneal at the Siheung WTP in Seoul and the first green field UV Hypo AOP system for potable reuse at the Terminal Island WRF in California bear his signature.

Jens is an active member of the Water Reuse Association and the Water Research Foundations Advisory Committee for potable reuse.

Luo Rongmo

Dr. Luo Rongmo is senior development engineer in Xylem Technology Hub Singapore. Dr. Luo is experienced principle investigator and project manager for several R&D projects, and total grant value is over S$4m. He graduated with PhD in Mechanical Engineering from National University of Singapore (NUS) and Meng in Control Science and Engineering from Zhejiang University, China. He published 3 book chapters, 28 journal papers and 7 conference papers. His research interests include digital twins, water quality sensor network, pressure and flow, metrology and measurement system integration, oil and gas leak detection system, mass flow metering, computational fluid dynamics.

I’m the Area Sales Manager for Xylem Analytics in Latin America. Came to Xylem on Xylem Acquisition of Tideland Signal in 2016, Based in Houston, TX and born in Caracas Venezuela. BA in Communication and Master in International Business from Ottawa University in Canada.
