Watermark is Xylem’s corporate social responsibility program. Our mission is to provide education and equitable access to safe water and sanitation to support healthy lives and help build resilient communities.
In pursuit of this mission, we work with nonprofit organizations and external partners such as suppliers and customers on high impact projects, which we contribute to with monetary and in-kind donations and volunteerism.
We empower employees to take action to address global water challenges by providing 20 hours of paid volunteer time off annually, which many colleagues leverage to participate in skills-based volunteer opportunities.
Through Watermark, we are enhancing our Company’s commitment to employee development and collaboration in the communities where we live and work. Join us!
