Prior to joining Xylem, Stephen headed Performance, Risk and Optimization operations for Thames Water in London and Southern England. In this role he oversaw planned maintenance, asset insight and investment into the company’s large wastewater network and pumping operation. Stephen holds an MSc in water management from Cranfield University and is a chartered water and environment manager (C.WEM) and environmentalist (C.Env).

Her expertise includes process design and optimization, strategic planning and capital delivery, regulatory compliance and environmental management systems, and policy development. Michele is a certified Asset Management Professional (IAM), a Professional Engineer (PEO), and holds master’s degrees in both Engineering and Business.
