Throughout her 20+ year career, Michele has held various roles within the water industry ranging from Utility Management at the Regional Municipality of York, through Consulting at various organizations including CH2M Hill, Stantec, EMA, and AECOM. Her expertise includes process design and optimization, strategic planning and capital delivery, regulatory compliance and environmental management systems, and policy development.  Michele is a certified Asset Management Professional (IAM), a Professional Engineer (PEO), and holds master’s degrees in both Engineering and Business.

Ian Rodgers

Ian Rodgers is the Solutions Architect for the Middle East, Turkey and Africa regions for the Xylem Digital Solutions team. Ian holds a Master’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and has nearly 30 years experience of water network management ranging from writing operating procedures, conducting asset condition surveys and designing, implementing, baselining of District Metered Areas and training utility staff in leak detection activities. He has experience of working in the USA, UK, India, Middle East and Africa.

Sepideh Yazdekhasti is the Risk Analytics Manager at Xylem. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Civil engineering. Sepideh is passionate about implementation of advanced analytical tools, interoperable data, and domain knowledge to develop more well-rounded water management strategies for asset owners. Focusing on advancement of data integration, she is always looking for formulating better recommendations on partnering the right solutions and technologies with the right stakeholders.
