If you are having an issue with your Xylem Jabsco, Flojet or Rule product and would like to file a warranty request, please review the steps provided below before proceeding. Please note that we do not currently offer product registration and advise that you hold on to your product sales slip for any future warranty claims.
Steps to Filing Your Claim
- Review the terms of your warranty. Please refer to your product user guide for your specific product warranty.
- Contact the retailer, distributor or boat/RV manufacturer. Before proceeding we ask that you contact the retailer or distributor where your product was purchased. Many of our retailers and distributors will take the faulty product and process the claim with us. If your retailer or distributor told you to contact us, then proceed with the step below. If your product was installed in your new boat or RV, please contact your boat/RV manufacturer first as it may be covered under your boat/RV warranty.
- Complete the form below. Once you have completed the form, a Xylem representative will contact you within 72 business hours. Please note that we reserve the right to ask for the faulty product to be returned.
