Naji Skaf leads Xylem’s operations across four geographical regions – Africa, Australia and New Zealand, India, the Middle East and Turkey – and enabling functions across Emerging Markets. His team delivers market-leading products and solutions that address localized water challenges and opportunities. This includes delivering solutions from Water Infrastructure, Applied Water Systems, and Measurement and Control Solutions (M&CS), along with all product brands within the Xylem portfolio, such as Godwin, Flygt, Wedeco, Sanitaire, Sensus and others.

Professional Background

Naji joined Xylem in 2021 with 23 years of diverse international experience in the chemicals sector including serving as:

• President, Middle East and Turkey at Air Products
• CEO, Gulf Cryo where he led the regional group delivering industrial, medical and specialty gases
• Various positions in the Air Liquide Group in the United States, France and Egypt

Throughout his career, Naji has served on, and chaired the boards of multiple organizations such as the Middle East Gas Association, AJWAA, Air Products Qudra, Jazan Gas Projects Co, and Abdullah Hashim Group.

Community Impact

Naji supports initiatives that focus on underprivileged elderly care which is driven by a sense of duty to honor and care as they have done for others throughout their lives. He was also heavily involved in the Xylem’s disaster relief efforts following the 2023 Turkey earthquakes.
