Watermark is Xylem’s corporate social responsibility program. Our mission is to provide education and equitable access to safe water and sanitation to support healthy lives and help build resilient communities.

 

In pursuit of this mission, we collaborate with nonprofit organizations and partners—including suppliers and customers—on high-impact projects supported through monetary donations, in-kind contributions, and volunteerism. 

We also empower employees to help address global water challenges by offering 20 hours of paid volunteer time each year, which many colleagues use for skills-based opportunities.
