HYPACK Support

HYPACK Technical Support is restricted to customers currently on the HYPACK Maintenance Plan. If your Maintenance Plan has expired, you will be directed to the appropriate department to renew. If you have questions regarding this, please contact the HYPACK office at (860) 635-1500.

Call HYPACK Support at (860) 635-1500. This is usually the fastest way to request support. Please call us if you have a time-sensitive issue that you need answered immediately.

Email HYPACK Support at Help@hypack.com. You email is viewed by customer support and automatically entered into our system to track issues identified by customers.

Support System

From the HYPACK webpage, go to Customer Support -> Technical Support to access the online support portal. The portal is our preferred method for ticket submissions. You can also bookmark the portal page here:  https://hypack.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5 

If you do not have a login, please create one. All tickets that you or someone else created on your behalf will be visible when you log in.

After Hours

If you call our office number (860-635-1500) outside of work hours, press 9 to connect to the afterhours voicemail. Please leave a detailed message with your name, company, and phone number. A technician will reach out to you as soon as one is available.
