FieldLogic Hub:

FieldLogic Hub manages hand-held devices used for programming by loading utility-defined information and configuration packages that control hand-held functionality. With optional Cloud functionality, Hub and Tools information can be synchronized seamlessly with the Cloud. FieldLogic Cloud offers:

• Configuration Management: view and sync configurations with Field Tools
• Device Management: assign configurations to Field Tools and view device files
• Route Management: configure Walk-By Drive-By functionality, manage import and export route files, assign and view routes in a list or map, and export readings to a billing system
• Admin users can manage permissions, enabling multiple Hub users to view and manage information

FieldLogic Tools:

• FieldLogic Connect is an application that communicates with and programs end points. Using preconfigured settings to simplify installation and eliminate guesswork, installers can work faster with fewer errors. On-board route management files capture end point details to ensure data integrity. The Connect tool can also deactivate devices and troubleshoot end points and meters
• FieldLogic Read software provides Walk-By Drive-By functionality and collects meter reading data from end points and alerts field personnel when alarms need investigation. The Read tool supports multiple communications protocols and has a GPS-based Mapping and orientation capability for meter readers to visually check the location and the status of the devices in the route

FieldLogic Link:

FieldLogic Link integrates FieldLogic with Work Order Management Systems (WOMS) and features:

• A single handheld device for Field Techs to use WOMS and FieldLogic
• Data transfer between Field Tools and WOMS, allowing for automatic validation during activation and reducing the possibility for truck rolls later
• Reduced errors due to no manually entered data
• Automatic transfer of transaction and activity files to the Cloud Hub
