MINNCARE® is considered the gold standard in water system sanitization against short and long-term bacterial problems. MINNCARE Cold Sterilant has been used in water system sanitization for over 25 years, testimony to it’s superior performance and reliability. MINNCARE is effective in sanitizing RO water treat-ment systems and is capable of providing a 6 log reduction of bacteria population at a 100X dilution (1%) within a 36 minute soak time. MINNCARE stops organism growth by oxidizing microbial cell proteins and enzyme systems. MINNCARE Cold Sterilant sanitizes without toxic aldehyde vapors. Peracetic acid is also safe for use with thin-film composite membranes. MINNCARE is biodegradable and will decompose into oxygen, water and acetic acid. It poses no threat to municipal waste treatment plants.
