The S-Connect app shows motor cable error

If your S-Connect app shows an error with the motor cable, there are several things to check.

Please make sure your system is turned off before following these steps.

  • First, check whether you can see any visible damage to the cable. If yes, the cable needs to be replaced. Please contact the distributor where you bought the pump for support.
  • Second, check whether there is dirt or water on the plug. Clean and dry if needed.

Disconnect the solar power from the controller, wait 1 minute, and then reconnect the power. Switch your pump system back on. If the problem is not solved please contact the distributor who supplied the pump to you.
