User Management

Add users to control and monitor your station

Avensor customers can have several associated users with assigned roles. Each role possesses a set of permissions in Avensor. The available features and functionalities is different for each role. 

User role

Description

Customer administrator (CA)

The user can manage stations and users that belong to the customer.

Customer view only (CVO)

The user can do the following things for stations that belong to the customer:

  • Monitor the stations.

  • Be in a call list.

Service personnel (SP)

The user can manage stations that belong to the customer.

Service personnel read only (SPRO)

The user can do the following things for stations that belong to the customer:

  • Monitor the stations.

  • Create station notes.

  • Acknowledge alarms.

  • Be in a call list.

Each customer can have one or more CA that manages the associated stations and users with the SP and SPRO roles. A CA can add new users under the Users page in the Admin section.
