Xylem is now making it easier by offering a Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) on all Godwin equipment. A Preventative Maintenance Agreement is a service contract tailored to meet your specific needs and requirements. The agreement includes scheduled visits at your convenience that enable our technicians to service your equipment to keep it running smoothly.
The Xylem PMA is available for Godwin Diesel Engine Driven and Electric Driven Dri-Prime pumps, Generators, Light Towers and other equipment. Each plan offers two options, so you can choose the one that makes the most sense for your budget and operations. This makes it easy to ensure that your equipment stays under warranty by having all maintenance and repair work done by Xylem-authorized technicians.
All maintenance and repair work can be done on-site or at a Xylem branch by our factory certified Service Technicians. Our service vehicles are fully equipped with all the tools, supplies, and parts required to carry out inspections and services. If a Service Technician encounters a problem that requires specialized support, he or she can make repairs on-site.
