Xylem Watermark is supporting communities around the world that are affected by COVID-19

A Message to Our Global Partners

In 2020 Xylem Watermark launched immediate response assistance to meet the rising needs of communities around the globe impacted by COVID-19.

The Watermark program  commited$3MM of critical funding to partner with best-in-class global nonprofit organizations and supported our partners and employees in communities globally.  Today, Xylem continues to work with nonprofit organizations to combat COVID-19 through expanding access to WASH services globally.

Partner Community Grants Program

At the start of COVID-19, Xylem Watermark established the Watermark Partner Community Grants Program to support business partners and customers as they worked to address the most pressing needs in their community. Any Xylem customer, supplier, and partner within our business network qualified to apply for a Watermark Partner Community Grant on behalf of a local nonprofit partner engaged in response to COVID-19.

Partner Contributions Program

As communities around the world faced new challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, Xylem Watermark supported nonprofit organizations which provided vital services to those on the front lines and those in need. Xylem Watermark matched funds donated and raised by our business partners at a 1:1 match.

With Xylem Watermark’s sustained support, Americares plans to combat a global shortage and train health workers in under-resourced countries in infection prevention and control, including water, sanitation and hygiene best practices, and deliver personal protective equipment, to control the spread of COVID-19. Longer term, Americares and Xylem Watermark will partner on water and sanitation infrastructure improvements at select health facilities hard hit by the pandemic to respond to long-term water and sanitation issues and build resilience against future outbreaks.
