As 2020 comes to a close, I hope you and your teams are able to rest and also reflect on what you accomplished this year. You transformed your operations. You served your communities during their greatest time of need. You kept your people safe.
Now, we look ahead. 2021 will have its own challenges and uncertainties. But just as you remain focused on your customers and communities, we will stay focused on you. That means launching offerings that meet your evolving needs, making your investments scalable and futureproof and an unrelentingly focus on making our tools easier to use.
