What is a maintenance contract?
A planned preventative maintenance agreement from Xylem is a cost-effective service contract, tailored to meet your specific requirements and budget for the assets and sites you manage. Xylem can offer coverage for pumps, treatment systems, and equipment manufactured by us and those manufactured by other suppliers.
How will it benefit you?
As a minimum, your pump should undergo yearly maintenance, which as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) we can also provide servicing, parts, and spares within or outside of our planned maintenance agreements depending on what fits best with you. Xylem will routinely visit the location of your asset to perform on-site maintenance along with a call-out service in case of emergency. Xylem has a team of knowledgeable and experienced experts in pumping and treatment systems. Our skilled technicians manage your system, equipped with fully stocked service vehicles for efficient inspections and maintenance. In case of unique challenges, our technicians promptly access Xylem's global network of experts.
