Our goal is to ensure that our business partners and supply partners provide a safe work environment, exercise good labor practices, use environmentally responsible manufacturing processes, and reduce the environmental impact of their operations.

To ensure that business partners and supply partners conduct business with a high degree of integrity and in a socially and environmentally responsible manner, all of Xylem’s business and supply partners are expected to adhere to the Business Partner and Supply Partner Code of Conduct.
